Hi,
Code 19 means there is a driver conflict such as two devices trying to use the same resources.
Having too many CD/DVD programs can cause strange issues, especially if they load parts
of themselves at StartUp as they will compete for resources. This does not mean this issue
was caused by those however it is a possibility depending on which and how many you
have installed. Uninstall those like iTunes, Nero, and others which might be the cause to
